Friendly Honu

 

 

A 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, full kitchen, newly remodeled house with all new laminated floors & Italian tiled bathrooms. Friendly Honu is located a short distance east of mile marker 19 on E Kamehameha V Hwy, across the road from a beautiful, white sand, reef protected, swimming, snorkeling, scuba, beach. Friendy Honu is 200 feet from the beach.

 Kite surfing, wind surfing & board surfing are a short drive to the east. The all new kitchen is fully equipped with new

pots, pans, dishware, silverware, tile covered 3.5 ft X 6 ft island with 4 burner cooktop, wall oven, coffee maker, blender,

microwave, toaster, dishwasher, bar stools, dining table & 6 chairs.

 

The house sleeps six, but is set up for four guests. The fee for over four guests is $15/Night/Guest..  Master Corner

Bedroom:  1 queen, 2 night stand, 5 drawer dresser, ceiling fan, 8 ft closet,

windows on 2 sides & master bathroom with tub, shower, toilet, cabinet & sink.

Guest Corner Bedroom:  1 queen, 4 drawer dresser, 2 night stands, closet, ceiling fan & windows on 2 sides.

Twin Room:  Twin beds, armoire, entertainment center, satellite TV with VCR & DVD players, 1 night stand & closet.

Hall Bathroom:  Tub with shower, toilet, sink, exhaust fan, storage closet & cabinet.

Living Room: Couch, rocking chair, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player, free high speed broadband & WiFi for your laptop computer. Lanai: Large gated (8 ft by 28 ft) deck with two tables & six chairs, connected to gated side deck (6 ft by 13 ft) with large gas BBQ. Beach equipment includes ice chest, beach chairs & boogie board.

 

Seasonal Rates 

Rates: 2 Nights: $140/Night; 3 - 6 Nights: $125/Night; $800/Week; $3000/30 Night Month. December 16th to January 3rd, add 20%. Over Christmas/New Years, the reservation shall be ten or more nights & shall include both Holidays. Hawaii Taxes: Add 11.416% Cleaning Fee: Add $130 Deposits: 2 Nights or 3 - 6 Nights or One Week: $100; Multiple Weeks: $100/Week

 

Cancellation Refunds 

Full Refund if reservation is canceled 30 or more days prior to scheduled arrival date or if another party rents the same or

more time for an equal or greater amount.

Fifty Percent (50%) Refund if reservation canceled 15 - 29 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

No Refund if reservation canceled 14 or less days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Payment:  Cash in US Dollars, Money Order or Cashier Check or Personal Check accepted if funds clear renters account

prior to scheduled arrival date; otherwise cash only.  Currently we are not setup to accept credit cards.

Fishing, hiking, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, SCUBA, kite surfing, board surfing & wind surfing, golf, mule tour, etc.
